In order for a teacher to be considered permanent in the Program, he / she must present a profile compatible with the CAPES criteria:
- Score greater or equal to 60 points, according to criteria based on the activities: discipline taught, guidelines and research projects.
- Five articles or more classified according to Web Qualis, being two considered qualified production (B1, A2 and A1) or with impact factor (JCR) in the triennium.
- Fundraising with development agencies.
